The retreat will take place on the rooftop of Ultimate Health Club, located at Soenenspark 1, 9051 Ghent.
To honour depth, connection and presence, the retreat is kept intentionally intimate. Only 8 guests will share this experience.

Rooftop opens. Guests settle in with ceremonial matcha and a gentle welcome.
14:00 — 15:00: Sculpt mat pilates
Focused on cultivating strength, control, and balance. For all levels.
15:00 — 15:30: Intention setting
A personal moment to prepare and set your intentions for the 9D Breathwork session, accompanied by PUSH electrolyte drinks and nourishing snacks.
15:30 — 17:00: 9D Breathwork journey: You are enough
A guided transformative somatic experience to break free from self-doubt, feelings of inadequacy or the weight of societal expectations. It is designed to remind you of your inherent worth.
17:00 — 18:00: Rooftop drinks & bites
A moment for shared reflections accompanies with homemade kombucha and acai bowls.
