Join us for our 1/2-day retreat in Antwerp focused on reformer & 9D breathwork, created in partnership with Yōko.
Enjoy this unique moment to step into a slower, more intentional rhythm and return to yourself.
The setting
The retreat will take place at Yōko, located at Vorstermanstraat 4A, 2000 Antwerpen.
To honour depth, connection and presence, the retreat is kept intentionally intimate. 11 guests will share this experience.

9:00 — 9:30: Arrival & ceremonial matcha
Doors open. Guests settle in with ceremonial matcha and a gentle welcome.
9:30 — 10:30: Yōko+ reformer
Focused on cultivating strength, control, and balance. For all levels.
10:30 — 11:00: Intention setting
A personal moment to prepare and set your intentions for the 9D Breathwork session, accompanied by PUSH electrolyte drinks and nourishing snacks.
11:00 — 12:30: 9D Breathwork by REAKAI
A guided transformative somatic experience to release and reconnect with yourself.
12:30 — 13:00: Closing circle
A moment for shared reflections, and a final healthy drink.
