Join us for our Galentine's Retreat in Ghent, created in partnership with YOKO.

Enjoy this unique moment to step into a slower, more intentional rhythm and return to yourself.

The retreat will take place at YOKO, located at Sint-Jansvest 24, 9000 Ghent

To honour depth, connection and presence, the retreat is kept intentionally intimate. We will share this experience with 10 guests maximum.

Closing — 13:00

8:30 - 9:00: Arrival & ceremonial matcha
Doors open. Guests settle in with ceremonial matcha and a gentle welcome.

9:00 - 10:00: Reformer pilates

Focused on cultivating strength, control, and balance. For all levels.

10:00 — 10:30: Intention setting
A personal moment to prepare and set your intentions for the 9D Breathwork session.

10:30 — 12:00: 9D Breathwork journey
A guided transformative somatic experience to release and reconnect with yourself.

12:00 — 13:00: Galentine's drinks & bites

We close our retreat with a connection moment while enjoying healthy bites and refreshing drinks.
