14:00 — 14:30: Intention setting
A personal moment to prepare and set your intentions for the 9D Breathwork session, accompanied by Not Just Salt electrolyte drinks and nourishing snacks.
14:30 — 16:00: 9D Breathwork journey
A guided transformative somatic experience to release and reconnect with yourself.
16:00 — 17:00: Closing circle
A moment for shared reflections, and a final healthy bite.
